New Student Registration Form

Registration form for our preschool classes (3-5 years old), Co-Op preschool (1-3 years old), and Kindergarten-1st Grade program (5-7 years old).

Please fill out the registration form for one child only. Complete another registration form for another child. We do not accept payments online. Only cash or check will be accepted. You may mail us a check to our business address or pay in person. When the registration fee is received, a spot will be reserved for your child.
